Privacy
Protocol.
Institutional data protection for modern families. Our privacy framework ensures that your relocation details, inventory photos, and transit paths remain strictly confidential.
Information Stewardship
At Premium Moving Services, we recognize that moving your home involves sharing highly sensitive information—from your new residential address to detailed photos of your most valuable assets. We treat this data with the same care we give your furniture.
Our data protection policy is established to provide absolute transparency into how your information is collected, stored, and utilized. Since 2008, we have maintained an institutional standard of privacy, refusing to participate in lead-selling or third-party marketing networks common in the moving industry.
1. Collection of Household Data
To facilitate a binding quote and a successful 3,000-mile transit, we collect essential logistical data. This includes your name, contact information, origin/destination addresses, and a comprehensive inventory list. For families utilizing our Digital Audit Protocol, we also store encrypted photographs of your furniture and household layout. These photos are used strictly for damage prevention and claims verification.
2. Fleet Telemetry & GPS Privacy
During your relocation, our 26-foot air-ride logistics units transmit real-time GPS coordinates to our hub. This information is shared with you via our Secure Portal Key. We do not share this location data with third-party tracking services or data brokers. The history of your household’s transit is purged from our active tracking logs 30 days after successful delivery.

3. Use of Personal Information
The primary purpose of data processing at Premium Moving Services is to execute your physical move. We use your addresses to plan fuel stops and route logistics with federal regulatory bodies. We use your phone number for dispatch updates and driver-liaison during the arrival window. We do not use your information for automated robocalls or unrelated marketing newsletters.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
While we are a direct carrier, we utilize institutional-grade software to manage our operations. This includes credit card processing via secure, PCI-compliant gateways and mapping software provided by global leaders. These partners are strictly vetted and are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than facilitating your relocation with Premium Moving Services.
5. Senior & Specialty Move Protections
Relocating into retirement communities often involves the sharing of facility access codes and specific manager contact details. Our Senior Transition Desk treats this information as highly confidential. We implement a “Need-to-Know” protocol, where access codes are only visible to the assigned driver 60 minutes before the scheduled arrival, ensuring the security of the destination community.
6. Data Retention & Your Rights
Under our Institutional Accountability Framework, you have the right to request access to the data we store regarding your move. Following the 9-month federal window for claims filing (as mandated by the FMCSA), you may request the permanent deletion of your household’s digital records from our active servers by contacting our privacy officer.
7. Contact for Privacy Inquiries
If you have questions regarding this protocol or wish to exercise your data rights, please contact our support desk:

Privacy FAQ
Common questions about your household data
Who can see the photos from my virtual walkthrough?
Photos are accessible only by your assigned Senior Relocation Manager and the Driver/Crew Leader on move day. This allows the crew to arrive with the correct specialized shielding and blankets for your specific furniture. After delivery, these photos are archived in our secure claims vault for 9 months and then scheduled for destruction.
Do you share my new address with marketing companies?
Absolutely not. Unlike some movers who sell your “new home” data to cable companies, security installers, or furniture retailers, Premium Moving Services has a Strict Non-Disclosure Policy. We are a logistics company, not a lead generator. Your move remains private.
Is my payment information stored on your site?
No. We utilize Tokenized Processing through our secure payment partners. When you pay your deposit or final balance, your full credit card details are never stored on our web server. This provides an additional layer of institutional security for your financial assets.
